A fitness and character-building program for middle school and high school girls (ages 10-18). Pure Fit is more than just a fitness program.
Pure Fit Girls is a comprehensive program encouraging positive healthy lifestyle changes, motivation, and healthy living. Our goal is to create healthy, balanced bodies, minds and spirits by preparing girls with healthy lifestyle strategies, while building self-esteem and promoting total wellness, in order to reach their full potential.
My Teen Fit program is designed as a 12 week after school program, meeting for 90 minutes once a week. I also offer this program as a week-long summer camp, meeting Monday through Friday from 9am-1pm. Another option is to bring my program to your school or group in a short workshop format. I am flexible in how I present the program and will cater it to your specific needs.

CLASS FORMAT:
30 minute Workout: warm up, cardio, conditioning, and cool down (weights, bands, balls, etc)
30 minute Circle Time: day's topic of discussion (sharing, Q & A, and handouts for journal)
Team Building: Game, quizzes, questionnaire, vision board
Closing: "Sophie Cards": positive words of encouragement/scripture, "Virtue Cards"
Graduates of this program learn opportunities for community outreach, community projects, charity events and special social outings.

WEEK 5: LIVING WITH PURPOSE We'll be working on a vision board to discover our calling and what we value
WEEK 6: GOALS, PRIORITIES & CHOICES Setting clear, tangible 1, 5 and 10 year goals
WEEK 7: RELATIONSHIPS Learn to have lasting, healthy connections with others
WEEK 8: SPIRITUAL LIFE Reflecting on the Divine
WEEK 9: HEALTHY EMOTIONS Discover healthy ways to process how we think and feel
WEEK 10: FINDING BALANCE IN LIFE We'll look at the ways to find balance phycisally, spiritually, emotionally and relationally
