I have 30 years experience working with senior adults in both private and group settings. I cater my fitness classes specifically to the needs and interests of the aging population. I offer water exercise classes in your pool, as well as traditional exercise calluses. My classes are geared for all levels and include a variety of exercises set to inspiring, motivational music that seniors particularly enjoy.
I incorporate various equipment into my classes including small hand-held weights, bands, and balls that promote core strength, balance, flexibility, muscle tone, range of motion, and enhance activities for daily living.
Many exercises are done sitting in a chair and for support in standing exercises, as well as some simple, but fun dance moves!
