Lindsey Layton lead a day long retreat a while back that still ranks as one of my favorite days ever in and around Louisville. In her signature inspirational way, she led us in yoga over the water, a drumming aerobics class, a vigorous hike, a spectacular cooking demonstration, and a time of meditation...just to hit the highlights. My comfort zone was definitely stretched right along with my body, mind and soul! It was truly a memorable day spent enjoying God's creation that left all in attendance so grateful for the opportunity to spend that time with Lindsey.
