FLOURISH WELLNESS COACHING PROGRAM

​FLOURISH  means "to grow, thrive, prosper, increase or develop in a healthy or vigorous way, especially as the result of a particularly favorable environment." 
My health coaching program sets you on a life-long journey towards mind, body and spirit rejuvenation, restoration and renewal! 
Your body is the temple, so let's learn to treat it like one by taking simple steps to feel alive and well with vibrant health!
FLOURISH Wellness Coaching Program includes:
  • Primary Foods & Circle of Life: We'll look into your specific values, priorities and goals, to discover how best to nurture and nourish YOU! This includes your thoughts and challenges about relationships, career, spiritual life, exercise, creativity, inspiration and joy.
  • Eating Clean: learn all about "Super Foods" and simple steps to add plant-based, organic and seasonal foods that are full of vitamins and minerals for optimum health, including navigating the Grocery Store, as well as a list of local farmers markets
  • Intro to Raw Foods: eating live foods preserve enzymes and fermented foods such as sauerkraut aid in digestion and gut health
  • Plant-based Cooking Demos, recipes, and useful kitchen tools such as juicers, blenders, and dehydrators
  • Detox 101: Learn how to cleanse and eliminate toxins and inflammation from the body 
  • Women's Health: Tips for Weight Loss, Energy and Boosting your Metabolism including Volumetrics and Calorie Density
  • Emotional Eating, Cravings, and Sugar Blues
  • Mental Detox: Mindfully replace negative thoughts with positive ones to promote healing, as you learn to let go of any barriers keeping you from optimum health. 

My Wellness Program also includes:​
  • Fitness classes, Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, Drumming, Dance & Movement Classes to stretch, strengthen, awaken and energize the body., as well as cleanse the lymphatic system. 
  •  Breathing techniques, guided visualization, and aromatherapy with essential oils: to relax, quiet and calm the mind, release tension, manage stress, enhance concentration and  increase emotional awareness.​
